End User License Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, GalataJ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Use the Software for personal, educational, or internal business purposes
• Use the free tier features without payment, subject to usage limits defined by the Software

This license does not include any right to receive updates, upgrades, or technical support, except as may be separately offered by GalataJ.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the Software to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software
• Use the Software to develop or support directly competing products
• Use the Software to provide services to third parties (e.g., SaaS, consulting, managed services) without explicit written permission from GalataJ
• Remove or circumvent any license enforcement, usage limits, or security mechanisms
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

The Software is licensed, not sold. GalataJ and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of GalataJ.

GalataJ may offer a free tier or evaluation period with limited features or usage restrictions. The terms of any free tier are defined by the Software at runtime and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

The free tier is provided for all users, including individual developers and organizations, and may be used for any internal or commercial purposes. Some features may be limited compared to paid licenses. Continued use of advanced Pro features requires a paid license as defined in the Pricing and Paid License terms.

Certain features of the Software may require a paid license ("Pro License"). Paid licenses are subject to additional terms and are managed through third-party payment processors. License keys are non-transferable and may be bound to specific devices or accounts.

The Software may collect anonymized usage statistics and error reports if you opt in to telemetry. No personal data, source code, or application profiling data is collected or transmitted to our servers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GalataJ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software
• You must delete all copies of the Software in your possession
• All provisions of this Agreement that should survive termination shall survive

GalataJ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

GalataJ may, at its sole discretion:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time
• Change the terms of this Agreement with notice posted on our website

Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not export or re-export the Software to any country, person, or entity prohibited by applicable law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the European Union, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GalataJ regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
